Thought this was interesting. I knew of one local rally car, but according to the results from the Oregon Trail rally there where two, and one regular neon.
Sure wish these people where on the forums and would share there storys and when there will be racing with us. I really want to go watch the Oregon rally this year.
Nice, it looks like an SRT won it's class. When they were factory sponsered they went practically undefeated in group 5 for consecutive seasons. In fact, they were fast enough on several occasions to finish on the overall podium ahead of most of the awd cars. That's where they did a lot of the stage 3 testing.
We have volunteered at the Oregon Rally for the past couple of years. It is great if you can make it Friday when they are at PIR. You can cruise the pits and talk to the guys. Last year we did the start, but if you can get a corner, it is pretty cool. You see a lot more action at the track then up in the woods.
