Thumbs up Robert Larson Dodge in Puyallup

I know I've seen people ask about these guys before, so I figured I'd post about my experience...

So last week my car throws a CEL, so I decide that I'm going to go get it checked out. This is the first time I've ever been to a dealership for anything, but I figured since I had a warranty I might as well use it.

So it turns out that I'm getting the CEL because of my AGP intake, as it was bumping against the camshaft position sensor, causing an intermittent signal... lame, but not a big deal. Anyway, they checked it out, and didn't give me any crap, despite the fact that it was caused by an aftermarket part. They also knew about the Stage 1, catch can, turbo timer, ignition stuff, etc.

So the moral of the story is that they were cool about everything, didn't give me crap about the mods, and didn't bitch at me because my mods caused the problem.

The service guy that I dealt with is named Will Smith (yeah I know...). Highly recommended.

Anyway, the problem has since been solved, as I 'modified' (read: beat with a hammer) the AGP intake tube so it doesn't touch the sensor anymore.

haaaaahaaahaaaahaaa! That's great because when i took my car in there for a misfire issue they blamed the agp wga, i put the stocker back in and same problem, then they got it running okay but they said they had to swith a couple of hoses which limited my boost to 5psi. I took it right back and then eventually they found the problem which was my msd coil. They put the stock one back on and switched hoses and i was back in business. Will was the same guy i worked with, they are really cool about aftermarket parts they don't mind staged upgrades as well. I work with fred parr he is the service manager there he actually knows what he is talking about. Alot of the techs know nothing about the srt-4 or aftermarket though!
