Default rear ended...

Car got rear ended by my roomate driving into work this morning. Doesn't seem to have done too much damage to my car...The exhaust is done, but I have the MaxxFab SEE coming in tmr. Great timing! His Honda is a little worse for wear seeing as it went under me, and didn't even actually touch his bumper. Pics to come soon!

Any reccomendations as to what to really look at? The rear bumper is slightly smashed in...Do I need to replace it? 5 mph bumper seems to pretty much be okay, amazingly.

are you going to be going through insurance with this?

if you do then this is about what youll be looking at getting paid for...stock exhaust 550, rear bumper cover + paint 500, crash support thing 125

Be sure to check for torn exhaust hangers and check the welds around the turbo, the support bracket on the 02 housing and the flex joint. Just start it up and listen for 'ticking' that would indicate an exhaust leak.

sounds like you 2 should be carpooling.

sucks to be wrecked up, but at least the damages are fairly limited.

We decided not to use insurance as his car, in the eyes of the insurance company, isn't worth repairing, and my car is just rear bumper, bumper cover and exhaust that comes off today anyway.
