Last night we met up with a blue-ish silver NSX who was scared to run anyone. He kept making excuses and running away from everyone. I think he was full of shit about his car. Or he just doesn't know how to drive it. He said he was in the 13-14 1/4 mile. And his car must have been put together by a blind person with no hands. None of his panels were flush and his paint job looked like someone rolled it on. What a waste.

That's exactly why I don't street race. I know I am a pretty good driver, but I don't trust ANYONE else. Not to mention those unregulated road conditions. Theres never a pothole on a real track

Also when the news says 'street racing' only about 25% of the time is it actually someone street racing. A 40 year old guy I work with cut off a suburban/tahoe one night because he was about to miss his exit onto I-90. The suburban/tahoe followed him tail gating and swerving at him then they got on 405 south and the suburban/tahoe ran him off the road. Next day in the paper they called it 'another street racing incident'
These so called street racing happen all the time. Its become the new coll thing for reports like in the mid 90's everything was 'Gang activity' two people get in fight in bar and paper would say gang fight. Or a kid accidently shoots his friend and its a gang shooting.
Some times its not the reports fault, People will do the same thing like a guy falls a sleep at the wheel and wrecks, wel when cop shows up he says those damn street racers caught me off and drove me off the road. Presto no neg driving and sympathy from the cop.
