Default Question/Update

Just wanted to let all of you know that i just picked up a 05 srt4 stock. I got this instead of the 03 stg3.....so this is what i want to do and wanted to see if any of the locals have these parts that im interested in.

lowering springs
strut bars

possibly rims

let me know, and when is the next boost leak day? i wouldnt mind having one of the gurus drive the car and see how it goes.

oh yea, just found out that i am finally getting transferred down to San Diego with work....this is after i sold the TDI jetta..oh well the srt4 isnt to bad on fuel its good to be back for the short time that i will be

Whatever you do Joe, don't let me drive it. Your wife will never forgive you (I have a tendency to break ummmm, things).

Well i dont know if its just me but it doesnt drive as smooth as i remember my 03 ran...maybe its just me and not driving one such a long time...thought that one of you would like to drive it (normal) to see or feel what im talking about. I also want to do a boost leak...its holding 13-14 and 12-14 in other gears WOT (doesnt seem consistent enough for me) pm me if someone has the time/place thanks

if it was always stock then i would basically just take a look at spark plugs & wires and boost leaks.

did you go the budget route again or buy a normal car?

lol budget route i got a sweet deal on a 05 srt4 with 22,500 miles. car is fine looks fine but im just really picky on how my cars drive mechanically (i get it from my job). from what i know it seems as though it used to be stg2 w/o toys before going back to stock. I thought about the plugs and maybe a fuel filter.

I have a JMB 3" intake. It's blue so you'll probably be painting it if you want it.
