Default Problem?

Ok so I put the new mani and tb on today.. Now my idle is at 1100 rpms. When i'm driving and i push the clutch in the rpms dont go down like normal. They stay up untel I have fully stopped. I'm guessing this has to do with my TPS sensor right? Maybe I put it back on wrong.

Ohh yah...NO vacuum leaks. All lines are A ok.....

I guarantee you it's because the pcm hasn't gotten used to the new mani yet. When I put on my 55mm tb the pcm did the same thing for the first couple days as it learned the new characteristics of the air flow. Give it a couple days and I bet it's fine.

I would just double check that brake booster line, cause that's what it sounds like.

You still interested in the super? I will be in Lynnwood Saturday!

Check the throttle body cable once more. I had that happen to me once. Took the cable off, put it back on, and it was back to normal. For whatever reason it was just binding on something and throttle was partially opened all the time. Couldn't hurt to check.

wiggle the TPS and you can ususally find out if thats the problem.

I have a really nice FPR laying around my storage some where let me find it. Its really bling bling. too much for under my hood. It was given to me as a gift you can have it if I find it. Its more your style Brandon it will match that Perrin Fuel Rail.

Zane I have a hand full of those sensors sitting here. They show up all the time on t-bodys that people sell to me for cores all the time.

Brandon have you done a boost leak check?

Ok here is just a small suggestion so take it with a grain of salt. I do not think your turbo is big enough to cause enough back pressure to slow down the engine. So what I propose we do is we take a turbo off one of my Semi's at work and slap it on your car and that should fix the high idle issue fine.
