OK, the Sand Point get together pics album on the NWSRT4 photo gallery is lookin a bit sparse. I know John put a bunch of photos in his personal gallery, but in the interest of consolidation, go ahead and upload them again into the Sand Point folder.
I have enabled VOTING across the gallery. This means you can enable voting in your personal gallery. When you're logged in, simply select 'Poll Properties' within your album and play around with it.
What this means for the Sand Point thread is that we can vote on a picture for the 'business cards' we (JR) have been talking about. It's set up so anyone can vote, logged in or not. I also set it up so new uploaded pics get added to the beginning of the album, so all of the pics get a chance to be seen.
POST your pics and VOTE
You don't need an account to post pics or vote, so no excuses!
Voted!! The pics turned out great! Much better looking this time since you guys got the whole color organization thing down! The spot looked to be perfect for you guys as well!
done, i have a question about the business cards, would those be something that we could all purchase? any info would be cool
The overall plan is to come up with a business card design to leave with 'spotted' cars. We have one with SRTOC but it does little good for those who aren't SRTOC members.
After a design has been made and some cards printed, they'll be available for a reasonable cost to cover printing costs (or free who knows).
Considering that they will need to be run in large batches, and dozens of small batches would be cost-prohibitive, it's unlikely. One thought is that there will be some lines on the back or some black and white non-glossy artwork that says 'this card left for you by' or something and you can write your screen name in.
Alternately, the artwork can be posted and you can photoshop your screenname on there somewhere and print your own.
