I manually stitched it together in Photoshop at the full resolution. Just added each image as a new layer and tried to match up the edges as best I could.

Then I cut out the edges so the each car was only comming from one image (the one in the middle had to be split across two). I used the spaces between the cars to join images together.

After that I color matched the entire image and cleaned up the sky with a single solid color, and the pavement using the clone tool.

I am not too happy with the levels of saturation and brightness in the final image, but it is definately workable.

I am currently working on laying this image across a very high rez shot of a carbon fiber hood to make my three screen wide desktop. I'll post that up when I get done, but it will be another day or two.

P.S. Photshop is my bitch, so if anyone needs and PS work done, let me know

Lol I've always used Paint Shop Pro because it did 98% of everything I ever needed to do. I may have to look into PS going forward.

I imagine that you could have done it using PaintShop Pro. It is a decent tool.

I just use PhotoShop because I probably have a couple of man-years invested into using it, so it is second nature to me.

Yea, it can. I've done it before with smaller ( <5 segments) stitches. The color/contrast/saturation controls are pretty good, too. I'm seeing more stuff in the photochoppery threads that are making me want to learn how to use it.

awesome work tiny. you seem like you kinda know what youre doing or something.

before i ever had a clue i used photoshop to make my friend a 21+ license. it worked... even though we just threw the new copy over his old permit with a strip of packing tape holding it on.

Bump for more pics!

Remember, you don't need to have a user account to upload pics to that album...just if case you're a lazy bastard.
