Default Office person wanted, must know quick books.

Ok I admit I am not the best at accounting and what not but this quick books really has be pissed off. I need someone that can help me with the paper work and getting this program off the ground and running. If not that then what would you recommend for running a small shop? I have been fighting with this for the last 3 months and its not really over my head but its just to much and I dont have the time to do it all. So someone that can show me how to use it, and then come in every other week and let me know what I did wrong would be great. Now pay will depend on what you want and what I can afford. Please if anyone knows someone that can help or if you can PM me with your number or call the one listed in my sig, thanks.

Wish I lived closer, that it was I do for people. Maybe work a trade on parts for time, HA.

If you can't find someone here, try craiglist. I am sure some will help you out local. Good Luck.

PTP, run an ad in your local paper.. interview and do a background check on their previous employers.. there has to be a woman or man around that would want part time work who has some accounting skills near you. Good luck, I can only imagine what this would be like. a small business would be no problem, but yours is big and getting bigger.Therfore HECKTIC.

I dont know how much help I can be but my Dad uses it for his entire Appliance Business. Has no problems getting paid by any manufactures for Warranty work also with IRS as for Taxes. If you need I can ask him questions if you dont get the info from anybody else.

I also know there is a guy in Olympia area that writes software for the appliance business. I can find if he has any programs for automotive type world. his programs work with quick books to simplify ordering/inventory/accounts paid/ Blah Blah Blah.

I will hit you up if I can not get any help. Talk with the guy in Olympia see what he might have since that would be great.

All I really need is to get it all set up since the system runs itself pretty much all I would have to do it put the numbers in and it does the rest. Getting the numbers in is what is killing me.
