nice web, mister crack spider...

In 1960, Dr. Peter Witt gave various drugs to spiders and observed their effects on web bulding. This film about the experiment was created by First Church of Christ, Filmmaker.

this is a very interesting video.

Watch out for the apartment conversion condos. Ours was done by a company that made some nice looking condos, but underneath it all was shoddy workmanship, cut-rate labor and cut corners. The soffits are hanging in the trees, the siding is falling off, there's no tyvec wrap under the siding, we have water ingress issues in some units, the dry-rotted balconies were just painted over, the dryer vent hoses were duct taped in the attics, which fell down and dumped all their moisture in the attics causing mold and rot, the roof was re-roofed by putting the new shingles on top of the old ones, but the nails were too short so the shingles fly off in windy weather. The list goes on. We (the HOA) are suing the conversion company for a couple million-just to fix the problems.

Just go to the Depot and pick up some tarps and a couple bails of hay that will fix it.
