you did it, just that part of the [tag] was missing. tells the browser- "hey, post this image" then you give the location, then [/tag] to tell the browser that its done posting the image. frickin stupid browsers.. every single one of them.

Nice banner! You guys should have put either the two blacks on the ends with silver on each end of the blue, red, and yellow or the other way around with silvers on the outside and blacks next to each. And maybe yellow in the middle since it stands out the most. Just something that I noticed when I looked at the pic.
