Since so many of us canucks are not going to be able to make it to the Nats this year to put names to faces. Trying to organize a meet with most of our locals and as many of the americans who want to come on over as possible.
Thinking the weekend of Aug 11-13th weekend 3 weeks after nats 3 weeks befor labour day. Maybe for those that want to stay down the whole weekend on the friday make their own way up. Saturday morning convoy for those who want to spend a couple nights. Meet at 1:00pm or so and then split into groups of who wants to do what (winery,cruise,etc, etc)
Sunday morning convoy for those who can't make it sat. meet at about . Meet at 1:00pm shoot the breeze and then split ino groups again.
