I just saw a story on the news about some 18 or 19 year old in an e-blue srt who's in a little trouble.
According to the news, cops clocked him via laser doing 142 mph on hwy 26, apparently racing with 2 other cars (not sure exactly when it was; maybe last night?). Now he could be facing up to 4yrs in jail for reckless driving, street racing, reckless endangerment, etc. He said there's no way he could've been doing 142, and that it was more like 100. Something tells me he was probably well over 100, but 142 seems equally unbelievable, because apparently he had 3 passengers in the car with him.
Anybody know who this guy is? Is he on the forums? I'd like to hear his side of the story.

by laser? well was the other cars like his? he could attempt to fight it and say they coulda clocked the other cars next to him if there was traffic ive wona few in court that way
Good i hope he goes away. I dont care what you drive you should not have a carload of people when you are using no judgement. 100+ in an srt-4 doesnt make you better than the other dumbshit going 100+ in another make and you're ahead of him, probably beside you still with no way out if obstacles show themselves. he should be happy with 4 years and not 25 years with dead friends.

I'm not going to vouche for a potential douche (he's paying the consequences for a known crime that he could have avioded all together) but hey....we have fast cars and people are just giving him hell for getting caught. It not like dignified responsible adults like us have ever maxed our cars out or raced at freakishly reckless speeds or have on our occasions not been caught doing what he had been doing. (maybe minus the friends).
Not argueing (sp?) just sayin' it's not a big deal.
did 138 yesterday with my old neighbor in the car. he asked me for a ride with stage one and i did so on the toll road with no cars. 155 on sunday on a patch of road on my bike also. its not that bad. just sucks when you get caught.
