Hi welcome to the forum and congrats on your purchase. I would start with basics like a catch can(needed) maybe do some NGK 4306 spark plugs. I'm not sure how much you know about the SRT but before you jump the gun read the forum for a bit. You will be surprised how much you can learn. Goodluck.

Congrats and welcome. What DOC said to start off, get a catch can and plugs to start out, you wont get any extra power with those two things but they are a must IMO. Do some research ask some questions (ingnore the dumb asses you may encounter hear on the forums). Have fun with your new toy and good luck. PM me if you have any questions about anything and I will help you out as best as I can.

Welcome!!! I'm a new guy also. But I know this engine like I know the back of my hand. I helped design the water pump (the new one) and have seen more 2.4 turbo engines on dyno's than you can imagine. I spent some time in the Chrysler Tech Center (CTC).

Man you have to be having a blast in the mountains. Please feel free to PM me if you have any questions. Every question is a good question.

Safety precautions are always a good way to start out. They are also cheap. Like a MP BOV. (Mopar Performance Blow Off Valve) I'm still trying to get all of the abbreviations. Do you want more info?

Hey bro- take care of the brake light acutator* wires wich run UNDER the clutch pedal. with enough time the wires will smash together and everytime you hit clutch brakes lights come on... Other things as well but don't know all of them. Good Luck and Have Fun!

Thanks for all of support! I'm stoked about being part of such a huge "cult" following for these vehicles. With some help from all of you veterans I will be on the "right track," in NO time.

We can help you the best that we can. Like I've said before. Search, search, search. That should be the first thing to do when you are stumped or have a question about a certain part or anything. You will be amazed at how many times a certain subject has been asked and answered already
