Default New car!

Dad just bought an '07 Mazdaspeed3. Cosmic blue. Virtually no miles. Thing is great! I've been trying my hand (or foot, rather) at stick. I've got quite a ways to go, but the good news is that in two days (so roughly an hour of driving it) I've only killed it three, maybe four times. Hahaha!!!
Anyways...

TTIWWOP.

But Sean took pictures at his house. If he stops being lazy, he'll put them up.
Motivating Sean to do it sooner ftw?

Good buy. We have been working on getting parts into the market for these for a while now and with our boost kit in the making we should see a sudden increase in part for them. A basic kit that bolts on for less then $350 should add up to 50 WHP for the car. If you are interested send me a PM.

It will be easy. I have 90% of the parts here I just need to get some voltage readings and I will be installing the parts I have sitting here. Now I will have a CAT back exhaust on the car as well but it should not show much more HP wise over what we are adding to the car. It is simple:

Race pipe $169
boost cut deffender $59
TS boost controller $89
drop in filter $49

$366 (kit will be $350 + shipping)

and that should about be it. There are a few that have managed to up the boost on these cars and around 18 psi they are adding close to 30 WHP with just that (3 to 5psi increase over stock). The RACE pipe has shown gains up to 20 WHP and the other 2 are there for function not so much for power.

Now just imagine a down pipe (gains are proven to be 30 + WHP)
FMIC (TMIC gains 20 WHP and 30 WTQ, so a FMIC should pick up even more)
A few more PSI out of the turbo (should be good up to 22 psi with a down pipe in place)
WI, that will rock on this car due to the direct injection
Small shot of N2O (35 should do) and you will have a stage 3 killer on your hands making upwards of high 300's or even 400 WHP might be possible.

We are working on a ported intake manifold as well that is really starting to show some good flow. Vehicle testing will be starting next weekend if everything goes well with my wifes car and the installs we have planned.

Yes it is....

08 should be good. I read somewhere that they might even bring more then 8000 unit over here this time around. They only give 7500 to the states and the rest of the world gets the other 12000. I just wish they would send in 10000 units next year and run them till 09, that way there will be just as many of the MS3 as there are SRT4's in the states. Only time will tell.
