Default Need new PC Valve?

So after doing a couple runs with a buddy, im thinking its my PC Valve that just broke off. So anyone heard of this. My friend says his broke too. Supposedly the 03 srt's have a cheap plastic one. I put some tap to hold it on for now. They carry this at dodge?

You can either upgrade to the newer style valve cover (fairly cheap last time I checked) or get another cheap screw in PCV valve from dodge. I say pick up the newer valve cover and gasket with the better designed unit.

Not sure. Last time I check a newer valve cover only costed something like $48 or something and I think they come with the PCV vavle. If not, yes get a new PCV vavle and then a check valve to keep boost leaks in check. Shmucks should have one but I wouldn't trust what they have for our cars. Just get one from the dealer this way you know it will fit vs ??? who knows.

I thought it was Positive Crankcase Ventilation valve?

I'm still using the same 03 PCV after 110,000mi. I blasted it out with some carb cleaner a few months ago but have never had a problem with it. Are you guys using them as tow points or what?

Yep, forgot that one also. Sorry to many days of running evac systems into the headers. Positive would be correct for a vacuum operated system.
