Default Need help with power steering belt

The title says it all. Got tired of the squeel. went to remove the old and install a new. Well either I have reverted back to a Newb or I am doing something wrong. I believe the routing s correct, but the SOB will not go back on.
The oil change went great. I noticed that the engine mount was loose so tightened the mount but that god forsaken belt is just a pain in the ass. Any helpful hints, suggestions, or the kind hand of a friend would be greatly appreciated.

I will pay for gas out here. I will even pay for your time just need some help.

POWER STEERING PUMP AND AIR CONDITIONING COMPRESSOR BELT
Install the drive belt (Power Steering / A/C Belt) over all the pulleys except for the power steering pump pulley.
Using a 17 mm wrench, rotate belt tensioner clockwise (Accessory Belt - Removal) until belt can be installed on the power steering pulley. Release spring tension onto belt.
After belt is installed, inspect belt length indicator marks (Belt Length Indicator Marks). The indicator mark should be within the minimum belt length and maximum belt length marks. On a new belt, the indicator mark should align approximately with the nominal belt length mark.

Thank you "thepowertowin"

I will try that first thing in the morning. I need to get the Baby back on the road for work on Sunday. Thank you again and I hope that it goes on nice and smooth.

No problem. I'm assuming you just weren't working the tensioner correct. Sometimes helps having the simplified directions.

Found this on a prior thread from 2003:

the belt slides onto the tensioner between the ps and ac pulleys..

the belt should be facing the firewall when on the tensioner and the front of the engine bay on the p/s and a/c pullies..

I tried to send the pics to your email but it kept say error on delivery. I have the service manual here on CD but have no way to send them. Little help as to where to send it (your email is not working). Yes it slips in between them but it is a pain in the ass to get you hand, wrench, and belt all in there at the same time. I know I hate it when I have to do it and try to avoid it as much as possible.
