Default need help

hello everyone, just wanted to ask what would cause a p1190 code to go off. I looked at the code listing and its calling out for a "P1190-TIP SENSOR CIRCUIT HIGH". Has anyone had this issue? Im down in vancouver wa and my little bro's srt4 is acting up: When you start it up it idles high with a rough idle after startup and blackish smoke" Any ideas? or advice to troubleshoot this. Thanks guys/gals

Hey Bud!
I ran a quick search on here. found this sticky UPDATED (25jan2006) ECU CEL codes (ALL CODES)

It says that P1190 is Engine Vaccum Leak. Dont know if this helps or just makes this more confusing.

Take Care
