All of us at Lux Performance Group/NayKid Racing had a great time having some of you guys stop by our shop last saturday for the open house.
Its always nice to spend the day chatting with people who dig motorsports or just plain ole' cool SRT hotrods. Our schedule during the summer months gets so dang busy with prepping race cars or out of town racing that get togethers like last weekend don't happen enough.
Scotty and I enjoyed spending some time with all of you. Keep us posted on what you come up with regardng an up coming track day this spring. Give us the list of possible days you guys are looking at as soon as possible.
Fred doesn't get a chance to bring out his toys too often. Your term the "Mad Wizard" cracked me up. The boys in Dodge Motorsports have already tagged him with that name!! Glad you guys enjoyed the toys and there wasn't any blood shed! And the video's were cool, too.
Hope we can do it again sometime.
Cindi
JR- we still have some beer left. I bought a case just for you.
Speaking for myself, if you ever have some time to entertain at the shop, I'll be there!
That Miller sure worked with the sparkling wine toast...it was sort of like a gunrack on a Cadillac.
I know I learned a bit more about suspension, brake, composite builds and racing politics than I did before visiting. If Fred is the "Mad Scientist" then Michael must be "Igor"! He seems to know his composites and how to make them do what he needs.
...Just like I said to Scott, when the team is at the track, just know that there are fans here pulling for you guys ALL the way. Good or bad, we're pulling for you! If there's anyway we can help support your efforts, let us know.
Oh, and thanks for the autographed banner! It's already hanging in the garage.

X2 for me!
It was a great opportunity to see the vehicles and
the master(crazy)minds behind the scenes. I had
a great time and I'm just waiting for that video of
Fred riding the handicapped scooter poppin' a wheelie
to be posted on EVERY joke site around the nation.
That was an instant classic!
Cindi, thank you for taking the time to explain your
vehicle and what goes into the races, even though
I understood about 40% of it....hehe
Scotty, thank you for not KILLING YOURSELF on the
'Trike of Death'.
Anytime all of you want to throw another meet, I'll
be there.......And I'll bring MORE BEER!!!!
I say fall BBQ at NayKid. Hearing stories of the track racing is worth the drive. Good luck this season. I'll be watching speed channel at 3 in the morning to catch the race live I hope
Cindi, your husband is quite a character. Brilliant, crazy, all blend into one. Thanks for having us over. I snuck a beer out by accident. You can ask JR about it.
thats what convinced me that keith is actually asian. i might not be able to call him 'whiteboy' anymore. ah- sure i can.
but yeah. like everyone says it sure was a blast to see some race cars, people and toys. and beer. i promise i drank as many as i thought i could. i guess i left a lil somethin on the table that day. it wont happen again, i promise. i would have definately tried the tire change challenge but i hate losing and that was my best way out.
no telling what i might try to be up to when my work schedule becomes more consistent here in a couple weeks. i hope theres no tellin anyhow.
