Default my ticket got thrown out

hey all of you guys that went to ocean shores listen up. i went to my court date today in gray's harbor and the judge dismissed it in 15 minutes. the affadavit that sheriff and state patrol officers was to broad and didnt have enough detail of what cars were going fast. if mine got thrown out all of yours should to. figured i'd share the good news with you guys.

See that was easy, I told Tim that everysingle one of you should fight this ticket. To the guy that paid $250, wise move. You would have lost money in the time it took to drive up there, back down and a days wages on top of that.

yeah a lawyer is a smart move for you guys up north, the court house was only a hour and half from fort lewis so it wasnt to bad of a drive. i wish all of you guys luck on this. wish i had a scanner so i could scan the affadavitt for you guys.

even if you guys were going the speeds noted on the citations, the proof wasnt there. hopefully everybody gets their case dropped, especially those with representation.

one way or another SOMEONE is getting a happy ending. My suggestion is to not prelube. And in case it isnt you ... remember to request a 'reach-around'.

which would be more embarrassing? being pre lubed with nothin to go or being caught pre lubed? if they found you were pre lubed they would probably have other ideas in mind.
