Default My route?

Im planning on ordering

ptp wga
FPR mod
MAP/TIP clamp

I dont see my self going big turbo so thought id stay with basic bolt ons to get around 270 + hp.

Already got full borla 3 inch exaust
Stg 1 pcm and injectors
CAI

Just wondering what your guys input is on this. I thought the things im planning on ordering would work good to be boosting around 18 lbs.

Will i need a boost controller later to run with the map clamp and wga. Or will the wga be able to set my boost? Thanks dudes

You can control your boost with just the WGA, but having an MBC will help you spool faster....

FYI - You will need more than that for 270+ whp....

Tommy, for 270 plus you will need more then that i suggest you go stage 2 and do it right if you dont plan on changing out the turbo. for about 1000 i think is the price if anything find a used Stage 2 PCM and peice it together, but for the FPR and map clamp you need a wideband so that is another 275 bucks on top of what you bought just to get it to work right. So i would think about it long and hard what you really want because its always best to do it right the first time man. also if you dont have a 3 inch downpipe i would look into that stock downpipe chokes these cars up really bad i hope it halped just giving my 2 cents

Dont waste your money on stage 2 or even a stage 1 pcm for that matter. Stage 1 injectors are a must if your car didnt come with them.

Do,
Peak out stock turbo and have money left with:

CAI
3''TBE with o2 housing
WGA
Map Clamp
MBC
FPR

A tune after this of course

I made 277whp and 293wtq then 280whp and 303wtq with no map clamp or mbc or FPR. Stage 0 also, things are possible.

Isn't that what i basically said. Get WGA, Map clamp, and FPR. Cept you added the MBC

And yeah i already go the stage 1 injectors.

So im thinking about just buying all the stage 2 parts separate.
Ill need the injectors, wga, pcm and 3.0 tip sensor.

What exactly does the 3.0 tip sensor do?\

Oh and i was thinking about buying the injectors first because someone had them for sale on the forum for 200

I would get the pump rewire as well. Do you have the CAT CONVETER on the car still? If so getting rid of that for running on the dyno would be good for another 15 to 20 WHP.

You will be very close to 270 WHP. Here is chart of a another car with the same mods. This car only had 19 psi on it and we had very little tune on the car due to it being out of fuel up top. With a rewire on the pump we could have added that extra 3 psi and got some tuning done with the map clamp. This was also a stock PCM car as well.

We have done it with a lot less on the car. Hell we hit 301 with no tune on an SST. If you want 300 WHP there are much easier ways to make it happen, just an opinion not an attack.
