OMG, the guy posts up how he was happy to get a run in and you (those that have street raced, you know who you are) jump his ass. Nothing against the few that I have talked to about running the street (props to you for not running on the street) but to the rest (not pointing any fingers) you are all hypocrites. Weather you run in the rain or dry roads your always taking a chance. Its simple, don't run at all or run when you feel its safe. Please lets not get into drinking and driving because from what I have heard more then one of you should have not driven home from Thursdays meet.
Yeah, he's happy. But you can't get mad at others because they don't want to encourage his behaviour...

1. If you don't want to get into it, why mention it? Only other mention of it in the thread is for humor purposes only...

2. I know what transpired from first hand words of people that were there. Again not going to mention any names but you know who had to much to drink as well as the others that were there.
3. Please do. Yes if you are going to take cheap shots at those that drive like idiots but do nothing to stop people from drinking and driving, what makes them so much better? Just because they are your friends does not make drinking and driving any more dangerous then someone who is street racing.

Just stating the facts that your first hand report outs failed to mention (most likely because they were not there)
3. See #2. Had someone tried to drive while intoxicated many would of stopped them. I won't let my friends drive if i don't think it is safe for them to do so. What kind of a friend would I be then? You assume (since you are not there) that there are people getting wasted and driving home from the Thursday meets, and I'm just not sure how to convince you otherwise. I've stated the facts/truth and that is all I can do.

Jr you can point your finger at me all you want and feel free to do so. It comes down to you needing to stay there till 3AM for what every reason. I stated you had a drinking problem a while back, if this doesn't comfim this then nothing will. You want a chanllenge from me and I have offered up to settle this like a man. You have refused to respond to that. So long story short, I didn't in anyway call you out about the drinking but you had to come in here at state the facts of which I was not even asking for. I didn't name names didn't point the finger, just stated what I had heard. You have to make a big deal about this because why? You want to challenge me because why? You want to show the world that I am an ass? Because why again? I stated what I feel were accurate comments and you have to make personal attacks on me and PTP to get even with me. Why? It comes down to morales and you have them Andrew so I don't know why you would be participting in this since you were not there correct? Where did I start the drama again. When Jr attacked me? Or was I wrong to point out that drinking and driving happened after last Thursdays meet? Just like others pointed out to Tommy that he was a fool to race in the rain. Did any one even thing to ask him if it was raining where he was before they jumped his ass? See what I am getting at?

Wet and raning is different and people were calling him out before he said it was raining, he had just stated it was wet out.

Well I guess I am in the wrong, but where does that give everyone else the right to call out someone for running in the rain. Shouldn't we all keep quiet? Or just me?
I guess if people had to stay till 3AM then yes I feel it should get mentioned that maybe someone had to much to drink and then drove home and don't tell me for one single second that they were OK. The only way to really known is if they were either sobriety tested or did a BAC with a mobile unit. That is the only way anyone would know for sure.
I guess this debate can go on forever and I should be the bigger person and be quiet. It gets very frustrating when I hear about people drinking and driving then they call someone out for drinving sprited or racing when they know damn good and well they are just as much to blame for there actions as the ones they are calling out.
