Default My Car Is A Lemon

Its been in the shop "5" times for the same problem it is accelerating on its own and now my wastegate is opening and closing when i accelerate part throttle(not enough to let the boost fall any)it goes to 5lbs boost falls to like 10lbsVav and surges on its going FULL boost to 14lbs at 1/4 throttle. Ive hit a car when I was paralle parked because it accelerated on its own no one was hurt but my Pregnant Fiance was in the car and....I now will have to wait till the arbitration papers are proccessed because I dont think Dodge is going to willing take this car back. I have VHS tape of it speeding up on its own and the service manager from Lithia rode with me and witnessed it as well I told him i wanted it documented that He witnessed it accelerate he asked why I told him I have court on the 8th for a speeding ticket HE ROLLED HIS EYES AT ME!!! and went inside we got inside he was like "So let me get this straight you hit a car, and got a speeding ticket, What the car doesnt have breaks either?"...I almost flipped out... My face turned red I got so pissed I was like"REGARDLESS OF IF MY BREAKS ARE WORKING OR NOT THE FUCKING CAR IS ACCELERATING ON ITS OWN!!!" he wrote on the paper for court "witnessed car accelerating slowly"well if 18mph in about 20-30ft without me touching the gas is slow then I guess im wrong but my car accelerating UP HILL is a BIG problem to me...DO NOT GO TO LITHIA DODGE OF RENTON!!!!!

Not to flame, but there's always brakes to stop you in an emergency case, like hitting a car. I had this problem also but it was pretty easy to avoid accelerating if I didn't want to. Nice thing was I didn't have to use my clutch from a stop!
But back to the point, there's a TSB on the sticking throttle your describing. It's a simple fix and just a wiring harness. Check out this thread, find the TSB # and give it to your dealer, hopefully they figure it out then.

dude, even full throttle, brakes win over. do some research on "unintended accelleration".
Seee the above post for a fix.
