Thumbs up Mt baker is incredible.

I went on a ride up to Mt Baker yesterday. I seriously havent had that much fun in a long time. Never that much fun on the bike before. It was incredible.

Have any of you guys take a cruise up that way? If you have photos please post them up. There were lots of great photo ops.

Here are some of my phone camera shots. Next time I'll bring the real camera.

If someone wants to roll up next time I go just let me know and I'll PM you or something. I'll be on the bike though

WAY better
There is this one stretch near the top where there is nothing but un protected cliff on your right and just huge mountains with snow all over them. The stretch of road is liek on a 45 degree slope and as you go up it you feel like you are almost flying (well atleast on a bike).. it feels like a big ass jump

It was a blast. You should come up and check it out sometime. It is 120 miles round trip from exit 256.

I haven't been to Mt. Baker in years. I would love to go again but, its a big hassle with crossing the border. my wife needs a visa to visit the states. ($75)
