Spotted a Black SRT-4 in Charleston SC at Mopar SuperCenter. Had aftermarket wheels and looked lowered. Idaho Plates.

Chances are with Idaho plates he'd be in the NW section than South Carolina unless he's military which I haven't seen him on base yet.
