So i am in need of a place to live really bad. I cant really afford 1,000 in deposit and first month rent. So does anyone know of a clean/ok apartments that are good with move in fees?
I am currently in the troutdale/gresham area, but am ok with vancouver/washougal area.
If you know a manager, or owner, ANYTHING... me and my girl need a place to go by the end of the month.

Try rent.com they usually show you who's having move in specials and how much it will cost you. Plus they'll send you a hundred bucks if you put rent.com on the rental agreement as to how you found the place.
ya i have been checking there too, but like i said i dont have 1k to put on deposits plus first month. i have enough for the first month rent but thats it...
Here's what I recommend. Find a place you like and when it comes time to apply ask if the owner will let you pay the deposit over a 2 or 3 month period. Working in the industry I can say that arrangements like that are not uncommon at all.
I think checksum has 5-6 couches at his house plus its like five blocks from where you live now. At least it would be temporary so you can save up for the time being. Just call him or pm him.
puhaha I actually talked to him today, he said he has room for you guys. Its only his car which will still be at the shop for awhile and another guy from seattle, thats it.
I have a room that currently houses my broken computer, foozball table, and some random crap. The place isn't very big but it would help you save for that hated first/last/deposit shit. What happened to the place you were staying? PM me, we can talk.
btw, 2 of the couches moved out along with the 2.5 roommates who don't drive. Robbie (TheDrizzle from Seattle) is sleeping on the couch while he looks for a bed then he is moving into their room.
Chicksum and I have our room so that leaves plenty room for you! You probably wouldn't want to stay here permanently, the place will get kinda cramped I'm sure.
Does your girl drive an srt-4 also? That would be pretty sick having 4 srt's in one house.
yes... I give jobs and a roof for my homeless srt-bretherin. mostly I just miss my car so much I need to surround myself with others to take away the pain.
