I'm sorry, that attitude is crap.
Your gonna be hard pressed to find someone to do it for 250 or even close....I contacted all of the local attny's there in aberdeen and they wont touch it for under 500....so if you go with someone around your way....you will be paying for travel as well.....its a shitty thing but i am gonna represent myself.....

Wow! Glad we are pulling together to fight this as a team! Ok guys, Gary(lawyer) isn't "10 people or I don't give a crap!" He wants 10 people to pay $250! That way we can AVOID travel fee's, court room fees, etc. REMEMBER, GROUP BUY! Thats the deal I worked with him! I can work another deal with 5 people but its going to be more! He will do his job 100% and has not let me down before. This is just like any group buy! The more the cheaper! I apologize for any misleading comments or gesture that led any forum member to believe otherwise!

we are in because we are def running out of time. so we are in as one ticket. .. should we just send ours in anyway???? or what do we do. we have never actually taken a ticket to court. someone personal message me or w/e tell me what the exactly deal is. pppplease!!
I suggest sending it Certified Mail with a Return Receipt. If it gets lost in the mail, they never get it, and you get a warrant for your arrest-depending on how shitty the judge is. If you can prove you mailed it on a certain date and the USPS says it was never delivered for whatever reason, you can likely get some leniency in that case.
Cant you Turkeys drive 55? seems like i have read in hear before that when you do these drives someone or some of you all drive crazy and faster than the speed and you all get in trouble by the Police. I have to say I do not feel for ya.
