Hey i drove the white 350z in the meet on saturday. My name is Kasey!
Anyway,
I talked to my attorney, Gary Wallis, Bridgeport Way Tacoma, Wa. He said its an easy fix and had a good laugh about it! He said if he could get a retainer fee of $250 from atleast 10 people he would take care of us. $250 would be the total price everyone pays, not a penny more! I have used him previously for 2 much more serious issues and was very informative and eager to help out. For those two issues he got everything completely removed from my record. Made me feel very comfortable about my attorney selection. He will also soon be handling my buddies supposed DUI.
HOW TO:
He needs $250 from at least 10 people, a copy of there ticket and contact information faxed to his office or dropped off.
If we can get 10 people i will release his payment information. I already have 2, so just 8 more.
Man, I'm just going down there myself......already sent my ticket in and made a formal request for a full discovery, will more than likely subpeona the local cop whose police truck had a governor in it that wouldn't allow it to go over 90 (yea right) as well as the supposed SMD and the calibration date, its gonna be on, I'ma go Matlock on those hoes
Just a heads up guys.. the Initial cop that was in the truck that spotted the "violation" has to show up to every single ticket case that was handed out related to speeding. Fix-it or modification style violations are a different story. But the cop that spotted the speeding violation so he has to show up too to the trial or it will get thrown out because he was the actual witness to the violation
No deals from my lawyer either. He stated that most of you can get out of this one on your own because of the lacking evidence. Thats why they put the court all the way up in BFE for the tickets. They were hoping that most of you wouldn't contest them.
Now next time, drive the fuck by and wave at him.
The cop that was yelling at the girl, why the hell didn't someone pull out a video camera and start recording? Hell I have pulled out video camera's in the past or just rolled up my window after I handed my info to him. I have had cops ask me to roll down the window and all I state "I am uncomfortable talking to you because I may say something I don't mean" then roll the window back up. That was his warning, now he has to decide what he is going to do.

Unfortunantly, this is not the case in WA......he only has to be present if he is subpeonaed......which he will be.........by ME

You have to remember that state police are held to a much higher standard, if something like this were to get videoed it would mean much trouble for the officer. 2 of these a year gets you put back on probation for a year. State police are very serious about cops going off 1/2 cocked.
I was not stating you should pull the video camera out, but someone had to have one??? Just one person pulling the video camera out would have calmed them down a whole bunch.
