Default The Last Hurrah

The GSX is now sold so I took it out last weekend for the hell of it. Never got to run it at the track with the current setup but oh well. Fri night smoked a LT1 Camaro on 167, then got pulled over and got a 101$ no front license plate ticket. Stuck around and smoked a silver STi. Pulled 6-8 carlenths on the freeway. From a stop it was much closer. He beat me once cause I screwed up the launch and then I beat him pretty bad the second time. Everybody I was suppose to meet up with that night bitched out.

Sat I took some friends with me. Ran into Zane and chilled with him for a bit.
Beat a modded Ls1 SS and then got cocky and gave him the move from a roll. Although I pulled back, I couldn't catch up in time. Ran a GT with everthing done possible to the motor without F/I. He had no traction and I beat him bad both times. We then went to Bluelight and we ran from a roll. I had 2 passengers and he had none. It was real close till I pulled up top. We then took it on the freeway where I put a few cars on him till he drafted me.
The I ran a red GSX that was much faster than I thought. Beat him both times but only by a car or so, and he had a much smaller turbo. I called out everyone I could but most of them declined Saw andrewsSRT4 down at Coulon. He wouldn't run either.

Well, the car's gone and I just wanted to thank everyone on here that I've met up with. It's been a lot of fun and also alot of trouble. Good luck to everyone with their rides. I'm planning on coming back into the scene next year with an 03 Cobra or a 98+ LS1. I'm done with 4 bangers.

Later fellas,
Kevin

Sounds like you had some fun!

It was nice to meet you though at the last drive . . . I think it was the Feb. one.

Don't be a stranger though! Stop in and say hi!

if you're gonna get meat next...god please dont get that ugly piece of shit of an ls1...you might as well call yourself joe dirt if you drive one.. uuugh. cobra would be much better choice as long as its 03+ imo, but god you better have a fuggin flat panel mAllet (flat top mullet) if you drive a bfu chevy like that. why do you think they stopped making those ugly MEAT wagons?

Kevin, Had lots of fun. If you decide you want to head down to the races just to watch in the future give me or Norway a call.

See you next year.

well whoever buys that car from you make sure they know its history and they need to keep up the tradition of blowing everything out off the road... really sorry to see it go... very sleeper and very clean too good to be true
