You have got to be the most handcapable person I have ever dealt with. Do you even check before you act online?

Priority mail is $34 to ship to the east coast, that is just shipping not including shipping supplies like the box, packing peanuts, ect. Yes $34 and we charge $38 to ship these, I am going to be marking them up here very soon due to the post office raising there rates here not to long ago. Again this is me owning you and you looking like a tard for coming unprepaired yet again. Go throw your PTP hate around somewhere else, you just look silly when you try to do it in here.

Nice throwing BS around in a closed thread so people can't respond to your crap! [ Completed Transaction ] = Cold Side Pipe

I would have at least thought that as you have probably carried the label for quite a long time, you would at least be able to spell all the PC words that describe those, like you, that are "mentally challenged".

Maybe if you had sent my charge pipe priority mail, then you would have a case...but since you sent it slow fuc*ing boat from CHINA, you are pretty much talking out of your ass (like that's anything new....).

I suppose the USPS messed up when they put the postmark label on the box and it said $7.86? They must all be trying to hide how much you paid them by putting this obviously mis-leading information on our packages.

You don't even bring a valid arguement to the table anymore.... what a waste!

BTW - Am I still being owned? Just curious!

And to further prove my point, he closed "this" thread in his section without allowing for a reply to his typical "must be a post office error" accusations!

If I had that much screwed up shipping with the postal service, I think I would have switched to UPS or Fed-Ex by now!

Please for the love of god check the USPS shipping costs for a box that is 32 x 12 x 9

You will see that I am not rapping you on the shipping.

I am not disputing the prices you posted... but I know that my shipment took a LOOOONG time (~6 wks) and when I got it there was a USPS ground/parcel/pony-express (whatever they call it) label that was for $7.86 and it was dated 7 or 8 days prior to my receipt. If you ship everything PRIORITY, then your cost is in line with reality, but my package wasn't sent that way.

And I just hate to see people use the same excuse, like - "It was the post office's fault", for every "Why isn't my shipment here yet" thread.

i dont know whats going on with the shipping and the specifics of that, but I see a lot of venders and "business people" on the forums and am pretty shocked at the way they speak to customers and such, honestly you lose a lot of value/support/respect in your company/product. thats only my opinion, and im not downing you or your product, just my .02, hope it works out.

This is something from months ago if not over a year, why did you bring it up? Do you want something from me? A refund? What? I don't get it, why now is this all the sudden a problem. The post office does there job I do mine. If someone screws up put the blame on that person, not the messenger.

That box will not ship for $7.86 no matter how you ship parcel post or not. I suspect that was additional shipping that had to be added or they just ship things for free or loose money at the post office. Either way why now are you complaining?

I complained a year ago...you ignored me. So now I bring it up when ever it is relevant. I mentioned it in the other thread (link above) and you saw fit to lock the thread and then post 4 responses to the things brought up in that thread. THAT is why it has resurfaced.

Trust me! I don't want ANYTHING from PTP!

Agreed.

I see alot of people just completely trash vendors for no real reason also. Ive seen people trash vendors and still buy from that vendor. Its just hilliarious some times. If I felt like I got ripped off by someone I would never deal with them again, on any level. A lot of times I pay more to buy stuff locally because I can confront someone face to face.

I mean seriously the's a reason you bought the item from John, who cares what it is. You knew how much you were going to pay for shipping. I dont see any posts saying the dealer charged me $500 for delivery to there dealership. But they only had to pay $100. You got the item you paid for. Why does it matter if John made money off the shipping. Maybe he takes alittle price off the mark up of the material and adds it into the shipping. Did he say he was going to sell you the item at cost?

I'm kind of upset my topic got locked. I made it so I use it as a feedback link. Anywho, when I order the other pipe, I will ensure that USPS Priority is used. I just hope it doesnt get lost like the first time.

well i was actually talking about how PTP (the vendor) was responding to the customer. I do agree with you though, and believe their should be respect on both sides, but hey...the customer is the one forking up the cash, if they go off on something, its because they spent their money and were not satisfied. basic customer service knowledge will tell you not to respond back them in a disrespectful manner, not matter what they said about you/your product

The only way I can insure that a package gets to you "on time" is to fly with it. Even then the plane could crash with me and your parts on it.

If thats what happens (shipping mistakes made by the shipper) then that is my problem how? I can use any shipper and still mistakes can be made. This is not a problem that I can control and I am getting tired of people asking me too.

The crazy thing about it, I have given free parts and refunded money for said parts... they still complain. Some people can not be made happy no matter what you do. Example is being made here.
