Default Evo 9

Had a quick run in with a new Evo 9. Guy wanted to play so I obliged. Tried to roll up beside him for the start but as soon as I got halfway up his car he nailed it without signaling for the run. I was in third getting ready to run him so it was no big deal. We rolled at 65. I reeled him in in 3rd gear then shifted to 4th and left him behind by a good distance. I wouldnt say standing still, but he wasnt going to catch me anytime soon. The Evo was somewhat fast. I really think it would have beat my car if it was stock maybe even cam only. Even though he jumped the race I was ready for him (had I not been in the right gear already it would have been a quick loss) so it wasnt that bad of a start. I spotted him a half a car length you could say. I walked by him but didnt shoot by him from 70 to 109 is when I shifted and then started to put serious distance. Was a fun quick run.

awd> fwd

evo9s are nice though, you can make good power with not a lot of money.

Good thing thing wasn't raining or all you would have been able to do was wheel hop him to death while he ran away with his excellent traction. 9 times out of 10 people never use it, but I do wish for AWD occasionally.
