Default Does anyone here have a TPS sensor?

Help! i have 32 dollars and i need a tps sensor. I can hardly drive my car. Anyone have an extra laying around or smoething?

If its the tps problem its not just the sensor. Its the wiring leading to the sensor.

Have you checked the wires. If you leave the car running open the hood and wiggle the wires going to the TPS and the car stumbles and idles wierd it is the wires. I have heard of a few people replacing the sensor but 99% of these problems is the wires. S&P sells the TPS repair kit that comes with new plug and wires you will need to cut out the bad section and solder the new wires in. Check my sig for our web site. If you need help i have a solder gun and have done it a time or two.

Also you dont want to use a USED sensor, dont be cheap, get a new one. Thats like buying a uses sparkplug.
