Default 5 more TNT's for the year!

August 19th and 20th, who is going to be there?

We will have the new clutch installed and if all goes well the wider slicks on the car shooting for that low 11 pass. With only 5 more TNT's for the year I really hope to see someone else into the 11's, and maybe the 10's?

Post up if you plan on making it out for one of the next TNT's. Thanks.

I'm trying to make one more test and tune date, but not sure when as I gotta get a new clutch in first.

I believe the issue with my car not trapping as high as it should have is related to being on pcm control w/the map clamp (apparently the car will relearn things using other parameters other than the map sensor). It'd be nice to get to the track once more to test out that theory with the car off of pcm control.

Looks like no test and tunes in September, so I might be stuck praying for good weather in October, not sure.

so if my math is correct that is 5 more e fights/dick comparisons/little girl drama fest left for the race season.

Thats how I measure time. When the last one goes off I know I need to start buying a halloween outfit.

Let me know if you need a hand with the clutch install, better yet... buy it from us and we will discount the install to something "manageable". Let me know, thanks.

I wish that it would limit the number of childish fights here on the forums, but even after the track days are done for the year you know that someone will be bored enough to try and start something... if it were only that easy.

Thanks for the offer, but I'm gonna give the install a go in my garage I think. Just replacing it with another stock unit. Hopefully it's sometime this month, but it's doubtful to be done before the last August test and tune date.

I discovered my clutch is fine except if I go WOT at low rpms. Still need one though, it slips going into 2nd at the track with slicks.

You forgot about the dyno days. They keep us in hater mode from race season to race season.

That sounds good, and I would get off PCM controlled boost and get the clamp working. That alone will get you a few MPH and should get you into the 12's, even with a slipping clutch.

Yea, but your only on a pump gas tune right now, wait till you put that E85 tune on the car.
