Default Goodbye neon! you wont be missed

Yaaay! Finally sold my srt. I traded it in for a new 06 WRX. AWD>FWD! The neon was fun while it lasted though. I really enjoyed the broken rod, broken axles (BOTH! On stock boost! Daily driving!), cracked headlights, squeeky everything after 50k miles, super plug fowling, manual windows, super tire spins, vibrating steering wheel, and all the other random little crappy things i forgot about. I mean, whats the point of giving the 7/70 on the 03s if youre not going to back it up? I was told that my axle was broken because my blowoff plate got stuck OPEN and caused too much boost. WOW. Hill-Kelly Dodge in Pensacola, you guys are mega retarded. Thanks for nothing i guess. Anyways, I think that the idea was good of putting a neon on steroids, it just would have been nicer for a little more support from the factory about the parts they sell to you that VOID YOUR WARRANTY! Theyre quick to advertise the little blue plate , and quick to charge $85/hr installation, but when any little thing goes wrong they throw you out to the curb. Thanks a lot. I guess that was the straw that broke the camels back. I had been pretending i was driving something other than a neon, but in the end......

You can sprinkle a turd with diamonds and paint it gold, but its still just a pile of shit.

Even though the neon is Teh Fastar! one of the 2, the rex pwns.

Peace

Is the boost gauge still an option on the WRX ?
Anyways, sorry you had trouble with the car. Hope your WRX will be as reliable as my 2004 SRT-4.

sorry to see u go man, but me and my neon have a bond, i don't think i can ever let my neon go, i've been through 4 trannies and i said i would sell it but i was just mad as hell, but i don't ever see me getting rid of it, i might get other cars but letting her go is a no no. have fun man, awd=major traction and some.

Yea, its an option still. Did the 04s come with the option for power rear windows? The 03s didnt offer it And its cool if the neon is teh fastar one, the rex wont die on me after 50k miles. Lol
