i like bally creatine because its pretty much the same thing. and i also like to switch up my supplements.

its good fat though. you actually lose weight with muscle milk. all the fat goes straight to the muscle therefore not hurting the body itself
Yup, No trans fat if I remember correctly, but as far as helping lose weight I think hasnt really been proven as far as I could remember. Nothing is going to make me stop drinking this stuff tho.

I havent worked out for 3 months cuz somethin is torn in my shoulder from Lacrosse and I need surgery, hurts, and I am not gettting surgey..lol

as for your weight gaining, never ever take anything from GNC! might as well throw your money in the trash. 70% of your workout is your diet( hardest part for me) 25% is your qworkout what type of workouts to do depending on what results you want to see. ex. get bigger, more cut, lose weight... 5% are the supplements to help you get full potential.
