Stage 3 boost controllers

I have the stage 3 turbo toys panel. Is the boost controller on these electronic or manual? Whats the difference?

I have also found an apexi boost control vale, not sure if its electronic or manual? It has a bleeder valve on the bottom thats bleeding into free air,and the side of it hooks into my fuel pressure regulator. Not sure why that is either.

I cant find any info on the apexi part!

The apexi boost control valve (THAT FEEDS INTO MY FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR) is set-up to control the boost when the nitrous is on.

In answer to your question, the Stage 3 boost control by default is electronic. It's a boost solenoid that's controlled by the ECU.
