Anyone in here running this mofo greddy profec b spec 2 ebc?

im tired of messing and tuning this crap......never got it running good. either spike to 25+psi or just spike to 24psi and fall to 15. or hit 22 the boost that i wanted and the boost drop to 15 and raise to 22 and fallto 15 again. up down up down. not constant boost. even when my foot on the gas pedal. still up and down

Anyone in here wanna help me set and tune this crap??? if not im going sell this bitch and go back to manual boost controller......

as far as i know there junk. i used to really like greddy but i cant even get there turbo timer to work right anymore. my boost controller wont even control boost everything is hooked up right and i keep getting 30 psi which i hate cause i have no junk ebay mods on my car and i get this crap

They are the best on the market imo who ever says they suck don't know how to use them. I have one now and have delt with them for years now. If you are a stock turbo or the stage 3 set your HI BOOST settings as followed below. If you are a big turbo these will be really close too.

Start your SET value at around 30% to 40% or maybe lower depending on what pound spring you have and go from there. SET is the big round knob you turn, it turns your boost up and down.

Go to MODE and set them to this

Press MODE 1 time and it will be GAIN this is how fast you want it to spool up and the boost's consistancy, don't set it past 20% with the stock turbo because it will usually spike because the stock turbo already spools to fast as it is. There is really no need to go any higher with a big turbo either. Set your GAIN to 18% to 20%.

Press MODE 2 times and it will be SET GAIN this is were you want the wastegate to start opening, set it 1 pound less then your spring so if you have a 13lbs spring set it to 120 and that will be 12lbs if you set it to only 12 that will only be 1.2lbs not 12lbs.

Press MODE 3 times and it will be WARNING set this to the boost you do not want to go past. If you don't want to go past 20psi set it to 200 and that will be 20psi.

Press MODE 4 times and it will be WARNING again. This is how much you want the boost to fall back if it hits your warning boost level from MODE 3. If you want it to fall back 2psi set it to 5%. 5% will usually drop it 1psi to 2psi lower.

Press MODE 5 times to see what your last highest recorded boost was.

Press MODE 6 times and be sure it is set to ON if you want to be able to see the MODE 5 setting "last highest recorded boost"

IF your controller is not reading in PSI let me know and I will tell you how to change it over to psi. Set your LO boost the same just turn the boost down with the SET value " the big round knob". If the boost is going up and down like you are explaining the GAIN is set to high. Maybe this will help you get it right and whoever else is having problems with it also. Any more questions just ask.
