Greddy Turbo Timer

I have a Greddy turbo timer, It was on the car when I bought it and the owner said that it worked before and in the last 2 weeks it won't work. I have no manual that is in English and I know nothing about turbo timers, How do I set it or figure out what is wrong with it?

whats it doing ? do the lights come on at all? search the forums for the how-to , and see if its wired properly first.
