Default GM Style Boost Solenoid

I'm using a GM style solenoid along with my stand alone and was wondering at what hertz do they work best- I looked through previous posts but couldn't find anything. Help would be great.

Default TEC3r GPO Boost Control

Rdeaner,
Don't know if it will help with the GM solenoid, but I'm using one of the stock solenoids at 61Hz on GPO1 and running 18lbs of boost.
