Outside of the first mods to do on a SRT-4 or best mods to do arguments. I think a good quality EBC would give you results you would be happy with.

Rather then get opinions that can be heavily biased either way first look what is being done in making boost, why there's a WGA, and then whats the bennifit of a boost controller whether its a manual boost controller or a EBC unit. Once you see whats happening you will probably get a better idea and can better read between the lines in why people say what they say.

on a stock str-4 if you increase boost over than 18
you will get an over boost code...not a good thing

but there is some way to by pass every thing i will tell you my story

first move bought an mbc...wo ho until i get code
so bought a map clamp set it to 17 psi..just to prevent overboost code
was getting some code from tip (damn 05) so just did the fade's tip mod
and i ran like that for a while no probleme

but i bought a wide band for security at the same time as my mbc
because no car are alike

now on 50 trim with sct...no more code lol
