So it is going of your target boost?

Turn the duty cycle down till it hits and stays where you want it

Here is the manual: http://www.apexi-usa.com/pdf/product...tation/200.pdf

Sorry I meant to say its going over the target boost.

Try turning the boost controller off and see where you end up

So...you might have your vac lines mixed up.

Try running a line from the nipple on the turbo to the bottom port on the wg and see if you still hit 20 psi. If you do you may want to get a different wg spring.

Yup...this will tell you how strong the spring in the wg is.

How do you have you vacuum lines run as it sits right now?

The vac lines are routed properly...there is no leaks in any of the lines right?

It may be the spring in the waste gate...I can't really think of another problem right now

In this link it looks like someone cleaned up the factory manual. May be good for you as a reference.
AVC-R Printable

As for the one open port referenced as connecting to an orifice.......this just a vent. take a look at some of the stock solenoids (forgot off hand which one) and you will see it has a little filter but no line hooked up. What ApeXi is looking for you to do is to run a line to a clean spot someplace where dirt and water can not enter into the solenoid and screw it up. You could also get a brass sintered filter (also called a muffler) like the ones supplied with the MAC valve solenoids that the AEM boost sensor uses.

Here's an image of a brass sintered filter

If looking to get a filter you pretty much only need to know the thread size and pitch of female ports in the solenoid or take one of the supplied brass fittings and use that for reference when purchasing.
