so finally after thinking i was getting scammed by whiteskittle, i got the apexi turbo timer i bought form him...said it was in working order...installed it and it blinks on and then shuts off...wired it correctly but dont know why it does that...any ideas? i guess i did get scammed after all...selling a dud turbo timer
