Default Apexi AVC-R problem

So today it seemed to be working OK for a while. I was boosting around 24 psi with high 10 A/F's. A little more fuel is needed to be pulled but I'm OK right now. Anyways, the car sat for a while and I took the vacuum lines from the EVO wastegate and routed them under the manifold. Before they were over the manifold. This was simply to give it a cleaner look. I did not unplug them from the AVC-R solenoid or boost-only source off the compressor housing of the turbo. I put them back in the wastegate nipples, and they're on the right nipples, too. I labeled the nipples before I removed them just to make extra sure.

Few hours after doing this I started the car and went to get gas and decided to get on it a bit. Clearly it's only now boosting off the 9lb spring only, and not even engaging the 1.60 bar map I have that I've been using for a while. Even the "bst" meter that logs the peak boost doesn't even show the 9lbs being reached but my boost gauge does. All of the other features on the screen work fine (i.e. it will show 100% throttle, peak rpm's, etc.). I re-checked all the lines and they're all kosher; and I have no boost leaks. I have absolutely no idea what's wrong with this thing now. It's almost like the solenoid isn't working.

Any ideas on what I can try? Again, vacuum lines are connected properly and I have no boost leaks. It doesn't even register me going into boost (only registered a tad of vacuum increase) and the car is now only boosting off the 9lb spring. This thing has been such a pita for me over the past year I'm contemplating just moving to a MBC and rid myself of this electronic crap.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well I'm pretty sure either the solenoid or that black disc thing that detects the boost you attain is going bad because I popped the hood and wiggled the wires to each and now it works again. I think those are like $100 to replace or some shit. *sigh*
