I just installed my T-Bars along with the Hotchkis sways I have. The t bars are within cunt hairs of touching the sway bar. Is this okay? Would it be okay if I moved the spacer to the bottom so the 4 bushings are stacked on top of each other. If it was like this, it would be exactly like the Hotchkis front end links were set up.

you should be ok in moving that spacer , if you can take a couple of pics of it so I can see exactly what you are talking about
Here's another question. The car makes a clunk noise when I hit a pot hole and I am pretty sure it's the cross member making the noise. Could it be that the traction bars are hitting something?

the t-bars should not be hitting anything however anything is possible , if you could take some pics of how yours are installed it should be pretty easy to tell if there are any clearance issues .
Note that in the "after" photo, this is exactly how Hotchkis' front end links are installed, minus the spacer and sleeve for the t-bar of course. Wouldn't be okay for everybody to install your t-bars like this to avoid any rubbing of the t-bars and sway bars? I only had mine on a few days and the powdercoat is already off of the bar where contact was made.
