For anyone that is trying to get a hold of me ......
I have suffered a terrible tragedy in the last week and a half . I will not be getting into any details about it but this is probably the toughest time I have had in my life . that being said phone calls , Pm's and emails have not been getting returned . I do apologize for this and am working toward getting all of these issues resolved in the next couple of days . effective immediately John will be taking over the day to day operations at the shop for me, I am still the owner of ftp but I will not be playing a very active role for the next few weeks/months any questions anyone has regarding service and only service at this point should be directed toward him or Jason . John is not very active on the forums so the best way to reach him is going to be by phone he is available Mon - sat . @ 951-487-3938 . anyone that is waiting on a part order I will get these out within the next 7-10 days if you do not want to wait for you order than send me a pm and I will issue a refund. thank you for everyone's continued support . the last 18 months have been great and we wouldn't be here with out all of you . thanks again !

Figured something was up when I came in for the SAFCII install last week.
oh wow, I'm glad I saw this Post, BCuz I've been waiting on a part for several weeks now and was about to call and demand a refund!

Same here! I was worried after you said you would ship my part out on 6/20/08 and you hadn't done so yet. I will wait a little while longer....
