I sent you a paypal for some black spoiler plugs back on May 9th and have not gotten a thank you, a we got your order, your order shipped or anything. The paypal info is Transaction ID #1P9283095V531473E. What's the word?

Have you read the FAQ or the info on the main page of the website? Some orders take 2-3 weeks before they are shipped out. The black spoiler plugs had some cracking issues. I could of just sent them out to you and said "thanks for your money" but I took my time and redid them a few times. Sorry for the delay. They should go out today or tomorrow.

Nope. When I saw you touting that you make them on a thread where a guy was looking for options I went to your site and placed an order. If it's going to be a problem you can just refund the payment. I'm in no hurry but some acknowledgement would have been nice. I figured you would have everything squared away before trying to sell more.

If I acknowledge every order I get, I wouldnt be able to work on any of my orders and i'd be writing e-mails all day. This is why I wrote the FAQ and you gave people the ability to log into their accounts on my site to check on their order when its sent.

I make stuff as I get orders in so I dont have to spend money and sit on items I cannot sell, i'm not an AGP or a S&P that has a stock of items.

So again wait until this weekend for it to ship.... or if want a refund, pm me and I can do it.

Sorry to inconvinience you with my order. It's probably been 15-20 years since I was in Vegas but it must be another World out there now or something? FBM #2 here.

hccafan you are my boy and all but damn byvampdesign is a great vendor i dont' see why u are giving him such a hard time u can rely on them to give u the parts. it says right there on there website it can take two to three weeks to ship so then u shouldn't have went through him if u wanted it instantly. napa type place sells plugs that work i have them on my car and it works great. saying they are just like fbm is just wrong byvampdesign has great prices and great products.

I try my hardest to let people know that it does take time and I dont only do this SRT-4 stuff, it just doesnt pay the bills. I try my best to get stuff out faster.. but complications do happen and I dont rush my items out like other vendors. I could just send you the plugs not painted mopar black and said "Go DIAF" but i'll just refund you because I wont have to worry about busting my ass on something you still will complain about even if its perfect.

Refund given.
