LED 2yr Warranty!!
Just a reminder.. I offer a 2yr Warranty on all LEDs. Please e-mail me (vamp(AT)byvampdesign.com) if you have an issue w/ an LED (its easier to keep track of) and i'll take care of you.
This is the usual scenario. LED goes out, customer e-mails me. I check the date of the order and see when it was placed. Customer sends back defunct LED (YOU MUST SEND THE LED BACK TO GET A REPLACEMENT!). Once I receive the LED I will check it out and make sure its not user error. I then will send a new LED back to customer.
This does not cover broken legs from the HVAC leds, this is usually user/installer error.
