i have the gauge and the hvac kit already. how much for just the turn signal and mileage leds in blue?

received mine today, just looked over it quickly and is the bulb taped w/ the blue film for the fog light? Also i dont think i saw where to put that light in the directions, but i did just skim it quickly..
