1. When will you ship out my order(s) after I have paid?
Please allow 2-3 weeks before your item is shipped, but generally it will take less time if we have it in stock.

2. Why does it take 2-3 weeks?
Some items we dont keep in stock and we will order them from our vendor. Than make/modify the item when we get it. So generally it will take us a week or 2 to get your item. Then it will take a few days to make/modify the item, and another 2-3 days for it to get to you. Sometimes it takes shorter time, even 1 week or so because I have the items in hand. We havnt forgotten your order, do not worry. This is also to keep costs down for you and me. Until I get into a 'groove' of knowing what I need to keep instock, please allow longer shipping times.

3a. Have you shipped out my order yet?
3b. How can I track my orders progress?
You can log into your account (HERE) and click on "View the orders I have made" and you can then check on updates (IE: Being Made, Ordering Parts, Painting Item, Shipped Out).

4. When I go to the USPS track & confirm and put in my package number I get "There is no record of this item."
I print up the labels using paypal so I am able to get a tracking number before it even goes to the post office. I will then go to the post office drop off the package and when I come back I will update your order with Order Shipped status. The USPS tracking status will only change until it reaches your house. It isnt the same as UPS tracking.
