Who can convert my files from .ll3 to .mtf

Recently bought the ADVANTAGE III for my SRT-4, but I want to open the files of the AGP TURBO, so that I can make some changes.

Who can convert these files of .ll3 extension to .mtf

Actually NO ONE can do this.

You can only convert an MTF to LL3 as a Dealer.

This protects the dealers hard work.

AGP can send you your tune in MTF format if they so choose, and you must have a PRP with access to the box code to open it.

Actually, if AGP made the maps they can save them in .mtf. That's not the same as converting, true, but AGP might be willing to assist the OP if he were to ask.
